Gary Tong

Gary Tong is currently an Engineering Manager at Google, a position they have held since 2020. Previously, they served as Director of Engineering at Twitch, where they managed the Feeds team and contributed to the Creator Experience. With extensive experience in software engineering leadership, Gary also held director and managerial roles at Yodle and was a Senior Consultant at Lab49 Inc. They co-founded WallStreetDocs and worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Site59.com (Travelocity). Gary earned their degree from Cornell University between 1998 and 2002.
