Gavin Baird has extensive experience in public policy and legal analysis, having worked at Google from November 2018 to July 2021 in various roles, including Legal Senior Analyst focused on competition and Public Policy Manager. During time at Google, responsibilities included leading government affairs initiatives aimed at enhancing security, user experience, and consumer choice for mobile users, as well as spearheading efforts to improve message interoperability and support device switching and data transfers. Prior experience includes serving as a Research Associate under Dr. Bradley Hart at California State University, Fresno, from August 2013 to October 2015. Gavin Baird holds a Master’s Degree in International Relations from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
