Gayatri Iyer

Gayatri Iyer has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving in a recruiting role at Google since August 2021, focusing on engineering and leadership talent for Google Cloud. Prior to this, Gayatri held positions at Astera Labs and as an Interview Coach with Practice Interviews. Indeed, Gayatri's experience at Google includes roles as a Technical Recruiter and Staffing Manager from 2012 to 2018, where responsibilities encompassed the full recruitment lifecycle for Google Cloud Platform and other divisions. Earlier experience includes a Technical Recruiter role at Adecco, where notable achievements included sourcing passive candidates and delivering high hiring volumes. Leadership capabilities were demonstrated at Accenture Services, overseeing HR activities for a significant employee base, and earlier HR management roles were held at Genpact. Gayatri holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, and Economics from R. A. Podar College of Commerce & Economics.
