Gayna Williams is a seasoned UX research manager with extensive experience at prominent companies. Currently serving as a Senior UX Research Manager at Google since January 2022, Gayna previously held the same title at Amazon Web Services from May 2020 to January 2022, managing a team focused on AWS services and customer experience. As the founder of If Gayna Can I Can & Swash Consulting from April 2011 to April 2020, Gayna empowered women in their careers and addressed gender bias in business decision-making. Additionally, Gayna co-founded the You In UX Online Conference and contributed to UX education at Cornish College of the Arts from 2014 to 2018. Prior experience includes significant roles at Microsoft, where Gayna managed design and research teams for innovative product development and education strategy, as well as enhancing developer satisfaction. Academic qualifications include an MS in Human Factors from the University of Minnesota and a BSc in Ergonomics from Loughborough University.
