Gearoid O'Brien

Gearoid O'Brien is currently a Principal Data Scientist at YouTube, bringing over 15 years of experience in data science leadership. After earning a PhD in Data Science from Stanford, Gearoid co-founded two successful data science companies, Datasnap.io and StreamMetrics, both of which achieved successful exits. In previous roles, including Chief Data Scientist at Tradeswell and Distinguished Engineer at Neustar, Gearoid led various data science teams and product developments, particularly in biometric identity management and location analytics.
