Geert Jansen

Geert Jansen is a Senior Staff Software Engineer at Google, having previously held positions at major technology companies, including Amazon Web Services and Red Hat. Geert started their career as a Software Engineer at WiseGuys Internet, specializing in web search engine technologies. They later transitioned to Ravello Systems as Director of Product Marketing and contributed significantly to Red Hat as a Senior Product Marketing Manager and Product Owner. Geert also served as the System Engineering Manager at Royal Dutch Shell, where they managed a global Linux environment. They earned a Master's degree in Applied Physics from Eindhoven University of Technology.
