Genaro Lopez

Genaro Lopez, J.D., IGP, is currently the Information Governance Lead at Google, where they drive the development of an Information Governance program. Previously, Genaro worked at Nike in various legal roles, including Director of Enterprise Records and Information Management, where they led multiple teams in optimizing processes related to contract and records management. Earlier in their career, Genaro held research positions at the University of California, Irvine and Umea University, and gained legal experience as a Law Clerk at the Bonneville Power Administration and a Judicial Extern with the Superior Court of California. Genaro holds a J.D. in Environmental Law from Lewis & Clark Law School and a B.A. in Biology from the University of California, Berkeley.
