Genquan Duan

Genquan Duan, an accomplished Staff Software Engineer at Google since July 2018, holds extensive experience in software engineering and computer vision. Prior roles include Co-founder, CSO, and CTO at WiZR LLC, where Genquan developed CNN-based frameworks and led the design of core algorithms and various products across platforms. Work as Chief Scientist and Advisor at Zuma Ventures involved optimizing detection algorithms and designing cloud architectures. Previous experience at Microsoft included significant contributions to the Face SDK project and leading core algorithm implementations for Project Oxford. Genquan holds a PhD in Computer Vision from Tsinghua University and a B.S. in Computer Science from Xidian University.
