Geoffrey Lee has extensive experience in the field of nanotechnology and MEMS engineering, beginning with a role as a Research Co-op at COM DEV where research focused on nanotechnology applications in satellite communications. Geoffrey continued at the University of Waterloo as a Research Assistant, then as a Teaching Assistant, supporting the development of CMOS-MEMS Scanning Probe Force Microscopy and undergraduate laboratory courses while refining fabrication processes for RF MEMS devices. As Director of Manufacturing at ICSPI Corporation, Geoffrey scaled MEMS processes for mass production. Currently, as a Staff Hardware Engineer at Google, Geoffrey directs MEMS R&D projects and manages design specifications across teams globally. Geoffrey holds a B.A.Sc in Nanotechnology Engineering and an M.A.Sc in Electromechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
