Ghazala Ovaice

Ghazala Ovaice, PhD, is the Head of Global Consulting Practice at Google, with a significant history in organization development and talent effectiveness. Current roles at Google include leadership positions within the Cloud division and the Global Business Organization. Prior to joining Google in January 2018, Ovaice held various senior roles at Abbott from July 2003 to December 2017, including Sr. Director of Talent and Organization Effectiveness Consulting. Additional experience includes serving as Adjunct Faculty at Northwestern University and a Contract Analyst at Quest Diagnostics. Ovaice's academic credentials include a PhD in Human Resource Development from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, alongside a Master's in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor's in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
