Gianna Connors has demonstrated a strong background in training, development, and organizational change management across various reputable companies. At SkillsUSA, Gianna served as a Host/Facilitator, impacting a national program for over 300 student leaders. As a Training and Development Specialist at Siemens Gamesa, Gianna led cost-saving initiatives at the Orlando Wind Power Training Center. Holding positions at Deloitte as a Senior Human Capital Consultant, Gianna focused on designing communication strategies and optimizing technology investments for the digital workplace. Currently, Gianna continues this trajectory as an Organizational Change Manager and now a Senior Organizational Change Manager at Google. Gianna holds a Bachelor of Business Management degree with a concentration in Human Resources Development from the University of Central Florida.
