Gilberto Gaeta is an experienced leader in strategic transformation and human resources, having served as Managing Director of Strategy & Transformation in People Experience at Google from November 2018 to September 2023. Previous roles at Google include Director of Global HR Operations, responsible for HR service delivery to employees and candidates worldwide, and Director of Southeast Asia for Google Customer Solutions, overseeing the advertising business for mid-market customers, startups, and SMEs in the region. Prior to Google, Gilberto held the position of Vice President for Asia Pacific at Frontier Strategy Group, managing commercial activities across the region, and gained consulting experience at Bain & Company in various roles.
