Gitansh Malik has substantial experience in consulting and organizational development, with a career spanning over a decade. Gitansh's journey began at Aon from 2009 to 2011 as an Associate, where multiple projects were managed across the Indian subcontinent. Progressing to Practice Leader, responsibilities included leading a significant B2B branding initiative involving over 600 clients across 10 Asia Pacific countries. As Regional Lead Consultant, Gitansh focused on strategy and digital transformations while ensuring successful implementation. In a subsequent role as a Consultant, a comprehensive 3-year transformation strategy was developed for a major government entity. From January 2017 to May 2022, Gitansh served as Director of Strategy & Consulting at Accenture, leading transformation projects for prominent Asian and multinational companies. Currently, as the APAC Organization Development Leader at Google, Gitansh partners with senior leadership to address complex AI transformation challenges and foster Google's cultural ethos.
