Giuseppe Monastra

Giuseppe Monastra is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in leading HR functions, particularly in fulfillment center operations. At Amazon, Giuseppe held several roles, culminating as HR Business Partner, where responsibilities included overseeing the site HR function for the Vercelli fulfillment center and managing multiple sites in Emilia Romagna. Prior to Amazon, Giuseppe interned at Whirlpool EMEA and worked as a Junior HR Business Partner at PwC, managing various talent and performance functions for significant client groups. Giuseppe holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychological Sciences and Techniques from Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca and a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Exeter.
