Glen McGowan

Glen McGowan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in telecommunications and technology. Currently serving as a Polytechnic Industry Advisory Board Member at the University of Oklahoma, Glen is leading an initiative to develop a state-of-the-art AI-accelerated datacenter in collaboration with industry giants such as Intel, Google, and Dell. Previously, Glen held notable positions at Dell Technologies, including Director of Product Management for Telco Infrastructure and Sr. Product Manager for Telco Cloud Infrastructure, where substantial contributions to 5G and infrastructure automation were made. Additional experience includes roles at Google focusing on enterprise edge product development and consulting, as well as positions at Verizon and MCI WORLDCOM, specializing in network engineering and systems architecture. Glen's work spans product incubation, complex solutions development, and the integration of AI and cloud technologies within major telecommunications frameworks.
