Greg Sylvester II

Greg Sylvester II is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in infrastructure resource management, systems engineering, and product development. Currently serving as Senior Director at Google, Greg oversees YouTube’s Infrastructure Resource Management and Engineering Efficiency, specializing in AI and traditional workloads, while also having held leadership roles in Google Cloud focused on enhancing data center services and engineering advancements. Previous experience includes Vice President of Product Development at American Express, where Greg directed engineering efforts for digital applications, and Global Director of Marketing Technology at PayPal, enhancing the consumer and merchant experience. An academic background includes a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Arizona and a Master’s Degree in Accounting from Liberty University, coupled with a role as an adjunct professor at Everest University-Tampa.
