Hadas Shahar

Hadas Shahar is the Head of Technical Program Management for Responsible AI at Google, leveraging over 20 years of experience in technical program management and software engineering to spearhead transformative digital initiatives. They have played a pivotal role in the development of Google's Ads Privacy Sandbox, enhancing privacy standards across Google Chrome and Android. With a proven track record of building high-performing teams and delivering significant project outcomes, Hadas has been instrumental in driving enterprise-scale programs with a customer-first approach. Prior to Google, they held various roles at Ernst & Young and SAP, where they received accolades for their leadership and innovation. Hadas is currently pursuing a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Accounting at Tel Aviv University and an MBA in Entrepreneurship, Marketing, and Finance at The University of Chicago.
