Hailey Desai

Hailey Desai is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in women empowerment, community management, and scientific education. As the Malikah Chapter Lead, Hailey focused on empowering women through financial literacy, healing, self-defense, and organizational skills. Hailey co-founded and chaired the Women Empowerment Forum at Ahmedabad University, emphasizing self-defense and confidence-building for women. At Google, Hailey served as a #IamRemarkable facilitator and community manager for Google Developer Relations India, where key initiatives included designing and managing training programs in machine learning. Additionally, Hailey contributed to research coordination as an Administrative Business & Program Coordinator at Google Deepmind India. Educationally, Hailey earned an Integrated Masters in Life Sciences from Ahmedabad University, complemented by various roles in molecular biology and immunoanalytics during internships.
