Hailey Im

Hailey Im is a Senior Recruiting Partner at Google, where responsibilities have included hiring software engineers for Korea, Japan, and India from June 2018 to May 2021, and currently focuses on recruiting business talent across the APAC region for GTM teams, YouTube, and partnerships since May 2021. Additionally, Hailey serves as Program Manager for Noogler Onboarding Bootcamps. Prior experience includes working as an Administrative Business Partner for the Country Director at Google Korea, leading initiatives such as Women@Google and Noogler onboarding in Seoul. Previous roles at Tesco Korea, Homeplus, and KEPCO Nuclear Fuel Company included positions as Executive Assistant and Translator/Interpreter. Hailey holds a degree in Human Resources Management from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Oregon.
