Hannah Lynch

Hannah Lynch has a robust background in Human Resources, with significant experience across various prominent organizations. Hannah served as HR Manager for Columbia Threadneedle Investments EMEA APAC from 2004 to 2008, and held multiple HR roles at Aon and Harvey Nichols, including HR Officer and HR and Training Officer, respectively. From 1999 to 2000, Hannah managed personnel and training at Sainsbury's and later took on significant HR leadership positions at Barclays Wealth Management from 2015 to 2017, overseeing the HR team and supporting a workforce of approximately 700. At Google, Hannah began as a People Partner in Global Affairs EMEA in June 2018 and transitioned to a role with YouTube EMEA in April 2019, continuing to enhance HR strategies and processes. Educationally, Hannah holds a Bachelor of Arts in HR from the University of Plymouth, which was completed in 1999.
