Hao Cui is a highly experienced software engineer and research scientist with a demonstrated history at Google. From September 2019 to November 2021, Hao served as Software Engineer III, focusing on search ranking quality, and later took on the role of Senior Software Engineer and Tech Lead, where responsibilities included search ranking modeling and quality. Currently, since November 2023, Hao occupies the position of Senior Research Scientist, specializing in planning and inference, large language model (LLM) reasoning, and reinforcement learning (RL) on LLM agents.
