Harshit Gupta

Harshit Gupta is a Software Engineer at Google since October 2022, specializing in deep learning, augmented reality, and 3D computer vision. Prior experience includes a position as a Research Associate at the Stanford Linear Accelerator Center, where Harshit developed unsupervised deep-learning algorithms for 3D object reconstruction and contributed to the compSPI library. As a Doctoral Graduate Researcher at EPFL, Harshit focused on supervised and unsupervised deep learning methods for imaging and computer vision problems. Earlier internships at EPFL and the Indian Institute of Science involved techniques for image recovery and glaucoma segmentation in retinal images. Harshit holds a PhD in Machine Learning and a BTech in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
