Håvard Gram

Håvard Gram is an EHS Program Manager in the CSRM division at Google since September 2025, following a diverse career in health and safety management. Prior experience includes roles as Environment, Health and Safety Manager at Lyse from 2022 to 2025, and HSE Manager at ice Norge from 2022 to 2024. Håvard has also served as Health and Safety Manager at Winthrop Technologies, along with positions as SHA, HSSE, and Risk Advisor at Future Technology, and Senior Advisor SHA at Statnett SF between 2019 and 2021. Earlier roles include HSEQ Manager at Gemmo S.p.A., as well as Environment, Health and Safety Manager and HSE Manager at Jones Engineering. Håvard also provided independent consulting services in health, safety, and environment at Solvexis Consultant & Management Group and worked as a Health Safety Environment Advisor at 2A Tech ApS. Håvard Gram holds degrees from the University of California, Berkeley, and the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
