Haytham Samad

Haytham Samad is a Senior Engineering Manager for ML Systems and Cloud AI at Google Cloud Platform, where they build and reorganize teams to enhance capacity planning functions and improve product performance. Previously, Haytham held various roles, including Director of Engineering at PEAK6 Investments, where they led software engineering and QA teams, and VP, APPS Program Manager at Bank of America, recognized with the Credit & Equities Technology Management Team Spirit Award. Haytham's early career included significant contributions at NORC, where they were the lead architect for an education census system in Qatar, ultimately securing a multi-million dollar contract. They hold an MBA in Finance and Competitive Strategy from the University of Rochester and a Master’s in Software Engineering from DePaul University.
