He-Joon Kim is a seasoned software engineer and program manager with extensive experience in the technology sector. At IBM from October 2005 to April 2014, He-Joon contributed to DB2 for z/OS, developing software, managing product-wide skills transfer, and creating external specifications. As an Engineering Manager, He-Joon led a DevOps transformation, supported Agile project management, and managed a QA team of 16.
