Heather Gardner is an accomplished product management leader with extensive experience in the human capital management and payroll sectors. Beginning her career at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting as a Manager in HCM & Payroll Transformation, Heather transitioned to West Side Montessori School as Head Teacher before entering the tech industry. At Workday, Heather advanced through various roles, including Vice President of Product Management, where oversight of a $27M+ product portfolio involved leading global strategies and cross-functional teams. Since November 2025, Heather has been the Global Head of Product Management for Google’s People Products & Technologies, driving innovation and integrating AI technologies into HR systems. Heather holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Boston College and a degree in French Language and Literature from the IAU Institute for American Universities in Aix en Provence.
