Heather H has a diverse professional background in land management, business development, and strategic negotiation. Starting as a Division Order Analyst at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, Heather tracked mineral acres and worked on lease projects across multiple states. As a Petroleum Landman at Extraction Oil & Gas, responsibilities included negotiating land use contracts while collaborating with various stakeholders. Heather also held leadership roles at Guidebox as Head of Business Development & Project Management and at Reelgood Inc. as Project Manager, focusing on data solutions for the streaming industry. Currently, Heather serves as a Strategic Negotiator at Google. Heather holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Wyoming.
