Heather Huang

Heather Huang has extensive experience in human resources and talent consulting, beginning with a role as Associate Human Resources Manager at Europtronic Group Ltd from July 2009 to March 2013, where HR solutions were implemented for business units in Greater China and Taiwan. Following that, Heather worked at Willis Towers Watson from August 2013 to December 2016 as Manager and Senior Consultant in Talent & Rewards Consulting, delivering projects across various HR functional areas. From December 2017 to June 2022, Heather served as HRBP and Program Manager at Sercomm, and currently holds the position of Site Program Manager at Google since October 2022. Heather completed a Master of Business Administration at National Chengchi University and holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from National Taiwan University, along with participation in an MBA Student Exchange Program at emlyon business school.
