Heayoon Woo is an attorney and advisor to technology startups, with extensive experience in legal counsel for the technology sector. Currently serving as a product counsel at Google and an advisor at spikeview and z-emotion, Heayoon has held prominent legal roles at Intel Corporation, Instill Corporation, and Rotary Rocket Corporation. As the founder and principal attorney at Clarion Law, PC, and a former dedicated outside counsel at TCV, Heayoon has demonstrated a deep understanding of technology law, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance. Heayoon earned an AB from Harvard University and a JD from Stanford University Law School.
