Helen Mao

Helen Mao has a diverse background in recruitment and human resources, beginning her career as an Order Management Assistant at Thomson Reuters in 2009. Helen then served as a Recruiter at Adecco Taiwan from January 2011 to June 2013, followed by a position as Recruitment & Integration Executive at L'Oréal from September 2013 to August 2015. This was succeeded by a role as Sr. HR Representative at Baxter International Inc. from August 2015 to May 2017. Most recently, Helen has excelled at Google in various capacities, including Diversity Program Manager and Hiring Engagement Program Manager, from August 2022 to March 2025. Helen holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Management and Finance from the University of Auckland, completed in 2010.
