Helen Tsao

Helen Tsao holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Santa Clara University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles. Helen began professional experience at Valencia Wilberding and Tompkins as an Associate from December 2004 to October 2006. Afterward, Helen joined Google in November 2006 as a Senior Corporate Counsel, supporting the Android BD team on partnership agreements related to mobile, wearables, and auto until February 2021. Currently, Helen serves as a Senior Corporate Counsel at Google, providing support to the Global Strategic Initiatives team for Google Cloud since February 2021.
