Henglin Yang

Henglin Yang has extensive experience in software engineering and research, beginning as an Assistant Researcher at the Institute of High Energy Physics, Chinese Academy of Science, where software development for small angle X-ray scattering data analysis was performed. Yang advanced to various senior roles at FalconStor Software, initially as a Software Engineer, then as Director of R&D, significantly improving system stability and IO performance. At VeloBit, Yang contributed to non-volatile design and VMware porting, while at HGST, integration of caching software was completed. Further achievements include enhancing snapshot features and storage virtualization at Cisco, and roles at Google and Two Sigma, with a strong educational background in physics and computer science from prestigious institutions.
