Hila Noga

Hila Noga is a highly experienced technology professional with a strong background in software engineering, architecture, and compliance management. Notable roles include serving as CTO, CISO, and HIPAA Compliance Officer at Hello Heart from December 2015 to December 2017, where responsibilities included managing the engineering team, developing security programs, and overseeing product architecture. Previous positions include Senior Software Engineer at Precise Software Solutions, JEE Programmer and Architecture Team Leader in the IDF, and multiple impactful roles at Google, culminating in a Tech Lead Manager position focused on reinforcement learning in large language models.
