Hillary Sites

Hillary Sites has extensive experience in program management and recruitment across various organizations. Beginning as Southeast Asia Program Director at Pacific Discovery from July 2009 to December 2011, Hillary then progressed to Director of Global Recruitment and Southeast Asia Programming at Where There Be Dragons from January 2012 to February 2018, focusing on partnerships, curriculum development, and mentoring. From March 2018 to March 2022, Hillary worked at Google, initially as Recruiting Lead and later taking on roles including Engagement and Operations Lead for The Google School for Leaders and Strategy & Operations Program Manager for the VP Practice, emphasizing organizational strategy and program management. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Humanities and Social Thought from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Ethnic Studies from the University of Oregon.
