Huanyu Chen

Huanyu Chen has extensive experience in hardware and RF design, beginning as an Antenna Designer at Research In Motion from April 2009 to June 2012, where work focused on the Blackberry Z10 and Blackberry 9650 models. Subsequently, Huanyu served as an RF Design Engineer at Apple from June 2012 to January 2016, contributing to products such as the iPhone SE, iPhone 6, and iPhone 6 Plus. Currently, Huanyu holds the position of Staff Hardware Engineer at Google, starting in May 2018, while also working as a Hardware Engineer at Nest since February 2016. Huanyu's academic credentials include a Master of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Electromagnetics from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic Engineering, also focusing on Electromagnetics, from Zhejiang University.
