Huong Pham

Huong Pham is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in engineering, operations, and business development across various industries. Initially serving as a Project Engineer at Military Petrochemical Company, Huong contributed to significant project management improvements. A tenure as a Field Engineer Trainee at Schlumberger was followed by a role as Engineer In Charge at SLB, focusing on onshore and offshore operations in Indonesia. In the following years, Huong worked as a Business Analyst at Imerys and held leadership positions at Schneider Electric and Fushan Technology Vietnam, overseeing business strategies and factory operations. Most recently, Huong has served as VP Operations for Asia Smart Residential at ASSA ABLOY Group and is currently the Site Lead of Sustaining Operation for Consumer Hardware at Google. Educational qualifications include an MBA from HEC Paris, an MBA exchange at Goizueta Business School, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Hanoi University of Technology, supplemented by a recent focus on innovation at IMD.
