Ian Mesa is an experienced design professional with a strong background in user experience (UX) and interactive design. Ian served as UX Design Lead at Trinet Internet Solutions from December 2008 to March 2013, where responsibilities included providing design solutions and leading a team of other designers. Subsequently, Ian held the position of Art Director - Interactive at Envoy for a brief period in 2013, overseeing project management and execution from concept to completion. Ian joined Google in 2017 and progressed through various roles, including Senior UX Designer on Daydream AR and GSuite, and ultimately became a Staff Design Manager focusing on Candidate Experience & Recruiting, as well as leading cross-functional teams for Google Lens. Ian holds a Bachelor of Science in Web Design & Interactive Media from The Art Institute of California-Orange County, obtained between 2005 and 2008.
