Ian Wright has extensive experience in software development and data science across multiple companies. Starting as a Systems Specialist at Scivera LLC from June 2015 to May 2018, Ian focused on compiling chemical data using Ruby and developed web-scrapers for data mining. Transitioning to Macedon Technologies from June 2019 to June 2021, Ian served as a Software Engineer/Consultant, leading full-stack development for a large client and automating business processes using the Java-based Appian platform with Oracle/Snowflake SQL databases. Ian briefly worked as a Data Science Intern at CounterFlow AI, Inc. in mid-2018, where a supervised learning model was created to predict URLs generated by Domain Generation Algorithms.
