Idan Brown

Idan Brown is currently the Director of Engineering at Google, overseeing the GCP Cloud Networking stack. With a robust background in software engineering, Idan previously served as a Senior Engineering Director at Oracle, managing a team of approximately 50 engineers within the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure in Israel. Idan's earlier experience includes leadership roles at Cadence Design Systems and Ravello Systems, where they led multiple teams in developing innovative cloud and virtualization technologies. Idan holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Physics and Computer Science from Tel Aviv University.
