Ihan Bender

Ihan Bender possesses extensive experience in project management and software engineering, having served as Project Director at Hut8, where responsibilities included overseeing project managers, human resources, and client communication, alongside managing a website project in partnership with Embrapa. Ihan further contributed to the Hub de Inovação em Inteligência Artificial and held the position of Senior Software Engineer at Globo. Prior experience also includes roles as Lead Data Scientist at Indeorum, where leadership encompassed data science teams focused on machine learning and ETL pipelines, and involvement in a data science internship that concentrated on predictive algorithms in natural language processing. Ihan holds a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Federal de Pelotas and is currently employed as a Software Engineer at Google.
