Ikenna Elue

Ikenna Elue is a Computer Science graduate from Northwestern University, with a diverse array of experiences in software engineering and community service. As an intern at Chicago Public Schools, Ikenna contributed to traffic safety by digitizing traffic signal data. At JCC Chicago, responsibilities included facilitating activities for young campers. A virtual summer intern at Google, Ikenna led the design and implementation of fitness app features, developed web applications, and presented technical topics. In a subsequent software engineering internship at Google, Ikenna enhanced existing reporting systems and researched environmental impacts of cloud computing. Previous roles also include creating promotional materials for energy efficiency and assisting at Misericordia Chicago. As a research assistant, Ikenna utilized algorithms and Python for data manipulation in spatial analysis.
