Indah Prihardini

Indah Prihardini is the Market HR Cluster Lead SEA at Google, where they oversee HR strategies across Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Malaysia. Previously, Indah held the role of HR Director at Schneider Electric, Coca-Cola Amatil, Mead Johnson Nutrition, and PT Johnson and Johnson Indonesia, managing large teams and driving HR initiatives in various sectors. Indah began their career as an HR Development and Operations Manager at The Coca-Cola Company and served as CPS Asia HR Director, enhancing HR operations across multiple manufacturing plants in Asia. Indah earned a Master of Commerce in Human Resources from UNSW and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Arizona.
