Iris Tan is an experienced real estate and land management professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate from the National University of Singapore and an MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology. Starting as a Real Estate Management Executive at Cathay Organisation Holdings Ltd, Iris managed lease administration and facilities issues for multiple international properties. Subsequently, at Changi Airport Group, Iris progressed through various roles, ultimately overseeing commercial leasing and real estate development projects. Currently, as a Global Infrastructure - Land Program Manager at Google, Iris leads land acquisition initiatives for substantial data center projects across the APAC region, following a tenure as an APAC Land Project Manager at Microsoft, where Iris executed high-value land transactions to support long-term expansion strategies.
