Isabel Chon

Isabel Chon possesses extensive legal experience, particularly in commercial and intellectual property law. As a Senior Associate at Triage Consulting Group from September 2005 to July 2008, Isabel laid a strong foundation before transitioning to Facebook. At Facebook from March 2016 to January 2019, Isabel served as Lead Commercial Counsel and later as Associate General Counsel, Lead Counsel Product, providing legal guidance on commercial agreements and product features in the Marketplace and Jobs sectors, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to navigate regulations. Prior experience includes an Associate position at Latham & Watkins from October 2011 to March 2016, where Isabel advised on transactions for emerging and public companies. Isabel further advanced her legal career with a brief role as Senior Counsel and Product Counsel at Google in 2025.
