Isabelle Guyon is currently the Director and Research Scientist at Google Brain, a position held since October 2022. In parallel, Isabelle serves as a Professor at Paris-Sud University (Paris XI) since 2015 and has been the President of CHALEARN since August 2010. Isabelle's previous roles include Researcher at Inria from September 2015 to October 2022 and Consultant at Health Discovery Corporation from 2007 to 2014, where work focused on bioinformatics, particularly in prostate cancer and melanoma screening. Other consultancy experiences include a brief tenure at XDx in 2010 and serving as Principal Investigator at AT&T from 1990 to 1996. Isabelle holds an Engineer's degree in Physics and Chemistry from ESPCI Paris - PSL (1981-1985) and a Research Doctorate in Physical Sciences from Pierre and Marie Curie University (1985-1988).
