Ishika Poddar is currently an Apprentice and Technical Program and Operations Lead at Google, where they are honing their skills in a dynamic environment. Previously, they served as a Junior Consultant at 180 Degrees Consulting and as a Digital Marketing Intern at Trestle Labs. Ishika has held a core committee position in Public Relations and Marketing at Xavier's Commerce Society and co-founded Femiliarize in 2020. They also gained experience as an intern at TagMango and as an Associate at Shipsy. Ishika graduated from St. Xavier's College (Autonomous), Kolkata, in 2022.
