I work at the intersection of product strategy and mobile ecosystem operations. With over 15 years of experience with the Google Play Store and mobile game production, I connect technical engineering roadmaps with the business needs of GTM and live-ops teams.

At Google Play, I recently led the full lifecycle development of an internal LLM chatbot to improve go-to-market workflows. My time at Google Play has provided a broad view of the mobile app economy. I have analyzed apps, set quality benchmarks, and supported the editorial standards for the store.

Previously, I worked in mobile game production. As a producer at Voltage Entertainment and GCREST, I managed content release schedules for F2P titles. I served as a bilingual link between US product teams and Japanese IP holders. My Japanese language skills and cultural background help me manage international IP effectively.

Adept at understanding technical requirements, extracting domain expertise from engineering teams, and shaping it into consistent, scalable documentation and KM frameworks. Known for bridging communication gaps, improving discoverability, and driving documentation strategy across complex organizations. I am an expert in content governance frameworks, strategic tool integration (Salesforce, Zendesk), and leveraging AI/automation to rapidly synthesize complex user data and bug reports.
