Ivy Martínez

Ivy Martínez is the Head of Workforce Diversity at Google EMEA, where they manage a team of DEI business partners and PgMs, focusing on systemic DEI change and executive coaching. With over 10 years of experience as a DEI practitioner, Ivy has worked at organizations such as Teach For America and Google, where they held various roles including Managing Director of Diversity Research & Operations. Ivy earned a Bachelor's degree in Public Health and Anthropology from Brown University.
