Jacky L.

Jacky L. possesses extensive experience in software engineering and management, with a strong background in driving technological solutions at leading tech companies. At Microsoft from August 2012 to June 2015, Jacky served as a Senior Software Engineer, where responsibilities included leading the data injection pipeline for Bing's search index and enhancing user experience through the entity panel. Jacky also contributed to content analysis algorithms and developed a user mapping service that improved the understanding of user entities across Microsoft's ecosystem. Following tenure at Uber from July 2015 to November 2017 as a Senior Software Engineer II and later as an Engineering Manager II, Jacky led projects on CRM platforms and business process automation. Currently, Jacky works as an Engineering Manager II at Google, starting in October 2020. Jacky holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Computer Science from Beijing Institute of Technology.
