Jacob Brace, MBA, has an extensive background in community relations, education, and policy management. Beginning with a role in community relations at Salt Lake City Corporation, Jacob effectively communicated the Mayor's vision and built strategic partnerships. In subsequent positions, Jacob served as the Government & Community Affairs Manager at Google Fiber Webpass, fostering digital access for underserved communities, and as Executive Director at Neighborhood House - Salt Lake City, overseeing operations and fiscal compliance. Currently, as the GenAI Policy Lead at Google, Jacob leads policy initiatives concerning LLMs and Generative AI, influencing cross-functional stakeholders. Jacob’s educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Political Science/International Relations and Spanish from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the University of Utah's David Eccles School of Business. Additionally, Jacob's experience as a Peace Corps volunteer involved implementing sustainable farming practices in Panama.
